"Following the accident that totaled our vehicle, they were great! Made the policy changes quickly and followed up with proof of insurance etc on the replacement vehicle. And State Farm processed the claim efficiently too!!"

"In June 2025 My home suffered a lightning strike. This resulted in approximately $10,000 in damages. I was ultimately reimbursed less than 1/2 of my expenses.
I was given a procedure to follow, which i followed to the T. Uploaded images, receipts, coordinating with State Farm inspection. A claim adjuster who stated they did not understand electrical work made determination on my reimbursement.
The claim adjuster was hostile, offensive, and demeaning throughout the process. A request to speak with a supervisor was denied.
In short I recommend avoiding this service at all costs."

Very happy with how quickly it was settled. I have a couple of friends that had the same situation (lower unit), around the same time, with a different well known Insurance Company and it took weeks for them to get it resolved...
A long time happy customer for all our insurance needs.
